I got one of these blue light wraps and I wore it all night on my back. The next day when I got up I didn’t feel any back pain and it lasted for 2 days. After 2 days even the pain I felt in my back was intermittent and wearing the belt for a little while brought good relief.
I have a little disabled girl and she has a dislocated hip which is awaiting a surgical procedure. I just placed this wrap over her hip and thigh during the night and I don’t have to use any pain med like ibuprofen or Tylenol, both I’d like to avoid if possible. So glad I gave this a try on her after it worked so well on myself.
